Open for Recruitment for the Field Operation Test

The New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO), a national research and development agency will launch the Tokyo Waterfront City Area Field Operational Test (through simulation) for Strategic Innovation Promotion Program (SIP) Phase Two -Automated Driving (Expansion of Systems and Services)(Creation of a Safety Assessment Environment in Virtual Space) in November 2021.

NEDO plans to issue technical information about simulation models that reproduce the Tokyo Waterfront City Area in compliance with the NCAP evaluations predicated upon highly consistent DIVP®(Driving Intelligence Validation Platform). Also, it will provide an opportunity to experience the use of Prototype Applications.

NEDO began to accept applications on August 4, 2021.
